COPD Trial
COPD and cardiovascular disease coexist in a lot of patients. It is important to determine if inhalers used to treat COPD have any impact on cardiovascular risks. If you have COPD, you may be eligible to participate in this exciting study involving an inhaler that is already on the market if you meet the following criteria:
- 40 to 80 years old
- Have a diagnosis of COPD and have either cardiovascular disease or risk factors
- A current or former smoker
- Meet other inclusion and exclusion criteria
Patients who are eligible and enroll in the study will receive a free assessment of their COPD including pulmonary fuction testing, free study medication and be reimbursed to participate.

Future Obesity Trial
Obesity confers risk for many chronic diseases including type 2 diabetes and heart disease. If you struggle with losing weight, you may be eligible for a new clinical trial evaluating a new medication for weight loss if you meet the following criteria:
- Age > 18 years old
- BMI 30 or greater
- BMI 27 or greater with 1 or more risk factors including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, sleep apnea, etc.
Patients who are eligible and enroll in the study will receive free study medication, free dietary counseling, and be reimbursed to participate.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- Have an A1C between 7 and 10.5%
- Have a BMI of 25 or greater
- Currently treated with diet/exercise and/or medications
Patients who are eligible and enroll will receive free study medication, free assessment of their diabetes, and be reimbursed to participate.

Heart Disease
If you have heart disease such as coronary artery disease or peripheral arterial disease, if you’ve had a heart attack or stroke OR if you are at risk for a heart attack or stroke, you may be eligible to participate in this exciting study involving medication to potentially reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, angina, heart stents or procedures to open blocked arteries.
The study does involve new, novel blood tests to determine your risk for heart disease. If you’ve had a heart attack or stroke or if you are at risk for having a heart attack or stroke, consider volunteering for this new, exiciting study.
Qualified participants will recieve comprehensive heart disease risk evaluation and receive study medication to evaluate the benefit and safety of the medication in reducing heart disease risk. Participants will also receive compensation for completed study visits.

Heart Failure
We are actively enrolling patients into a new trial evaulating the safety and efficacy of a new medication to treat chronic heart failure. You may be eligible for participating if you meet the following criteria:
- Have heart failure with shortness of breath, fatigue and/or swelling of the ankles
- On stable medications to treat heart failure
- Meet other inclusion/exclusion criteria
Eligible patients who enroll will receive free study medication, free evaluation of their heart failure and reimbursement for their time.

High Cholesterol with Heart Disease
Volunteer for this exciting new study involving a novel medication to treat high cholesterol. You may be eligible if you meet the following criteria:
- Age 40 years old or older
- Have established heart disease
- Have an LDL (bad) cholesterol > 70
- Meet other inclusion and exclusion criteria
Qualified participants will receive free study medication and free care for high cholesterol. Participants will also receive compensation for completed study visits.

Hypertriglyceridemia
If you struggle with having high triglycerides (a type of fat) circulating in your blood, you may be eligible for this new, exciting research study evaluating a new medication to reduce these triglycerides. You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:
- Between the ages of 18 and 75
- Have elevated triglcyerides in your blood of at least 175 or greater
- Meet other inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Patients who are eligible and enroll will receive free study medication, free assessment of their triglycerides and be reimbursed to participate.
